Harnham is a global leader in Data and Analytics recruitment, partnering with some of the most recognisable brands and high-growth businesses across the US and Europe.
We are hiring experienced 360 recruitment consultants to join our UK-based US team, working across established East Coast client accounts on some of the most commercially valuable mandates in our business.
This is the first time we are offering these roles on a fully remote basis within the UK - designed to attract high-performing 360 recruiters who want access to larger deal sizes and stronger earning potential, without the trade-off of significantly longer working hours or daily commuting.
As a full-cycle (360) consultant aligned to our US East Coast markets, you will take ownership of both client and candidate relationships across permanent and/or contract mandates within specialist Data & AI verticals.
Markets where billing expectations are driven by value rather than volume.
Unlike many US-aligned recruitment roles, this team operates on a structured working pattern which supports both client access and sustainability.
You will work US-aligned hours (typically 10am–7pm) three days per week, allowing for meaningful overlap with East Coast clients - without the expectation of consistently working late evenings across the full week.
This creates a model where consultants can maximise earning potential from higher-value US placements, while maintaining a more balanced and predictable working pattern than is typical within UK agency environments.
- Fully remote working within the UK
- Structured US-aligned working pattern (10–7, three days per week)
- Live desk with access to a 10+ year talent pool
- Currently billing successfully in the UK market
- Looking for a more sustainable long-term working pattern
- Fed up with daily commuting or rigid in-office expectations
- Motivated by ownership and relationship-led recruitment
