Work across financial intelligence with a well-established team of engineers - for the first 12 months, work with a 70/30 split between backend SE and AI - before growing into the company's go-to AI Engineer just after a year.

- Work closely with a tight-knit product and engineering team
- Own backend Python services and contribute to a growing AI capability across the business
- Leverage text and voice data to create tools that help users achieve both life and financial goals
- Shape the future of AI - influencing architecture, research, and cross-team learning.
- Strong Python backend experience (Flask, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes)
- 2+ yearsβ experience building or integrating AI (e.g. LLM, NLP)
- Clear passion for AI β side projects, research or professional experience
- Excellent communication, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Startup or scaleup experience
- Work experience in a fintech
