We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead multiple client projects within a growing CRM consultancy. The role requires taking ownership of business processes and project leadership that until now have been managed by senior leadership.
This position demands an independent professional who can manage projects end-to-end, guide consultants, and ensure smooth delivery without the need for handholding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead CRM projects to meet timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
Collaborate closely with CRM consultants and technical teams, including developers and engineers, to keep projects on track
Manage up to 3-4 client projects simultaneously with varying scopes including audits, strategy, integrations, and implementations
Take ownership of business processes to support senior leadership
Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Provide recommendations to improve project delivery and efficiency
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably agency-side, with senior project management experience
Strong understanding of CRM platforms, primarily Braze and Bloomreach; familiarity with Optimove, Klaviyo, MoEngage is a plus
Basic technical knowledge of CRM migrations, data projects, and integrations; ability to work alongside engineering teams (experience with Snowflake, AWS desirable)
Experience with Martech stacks and working in startup or scale-up environments is preferred
Proficient in project management tools such as Asana
Able to start quickly with minimal onboarding
Independent, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Flexible and adaptable to evolving project scopes and timelines
