We are hiring a Product Manager to lead onboarding, activation, and identity verification journeys within a rapidly scaling fintech wallet product.

About the Role

You will own the end-to-end onboarding experience, including sign-up, identity verification (KYC), and early user activation. Your focus will be improving conversion, reducing drop-off, and accelerating user engagement across multiple markets. This role is highly data-driven and central to the company's growth strategy as it expands across new geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding and activation product journeys
  • Design and optimise KYC and identity verification flows
  • Improve conversion across sign-up to activation funnel
  • Identify and reduce user drop-off points
  • Drive improvements in early engagement and retention
  • Support product launches in new markets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data, and design teams

About You

  • 5-6+ years Product Management experience in fintech
  • Strong ownership of onboarding, activation, or growth products
  • Experience with KYC / identity verification flows
  • Strong background in funnel analytics and conversion optimisation
  • Experience working on B2C mobile products at scale (500k+ users)
  • Analytical and data-driven decision maker
  • Experience in fintech scale-up or neo-bank environment
