Remote – UK based

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑growth, product‑led organisation where data sits at the heart of decision‑making. You will play a key role in shaping how they understand user behaviour, identify growth levers, and build experiments that drive meaningful acquisition and engagement. If you thrive in fast‑moving environments and enjoy solving complex growth problems, this role offers real impact and visibility.

The Company

They are a rapidly scaling consumer‑focused business with a strong digital product and an ambitious roadmap. Data and experimentation underpin their growth strategy, and they are committed to building a culture that values curiosity, rigour, and innovation. As they expand their community and deepen user engagement, they are investing heavily in analytics capability to unlock the next stage of growth.

The Role

In this Senior Growth Analyst role, you will work closely with product, brand, and marketing teams to uncover what truly drives sharing, referrals, and conversion. You will:

• Design and analyse experiments across product and marketing, defining metrics, ensuring statistical validity, and turning results into actionable insights.

• Run deep‑dive user behaviour analyses to understand what drives engagement, virality, and funnel movement.

• Identify new growth opportunities through patterns in cohorts, funnels, and behavioural data, helping quantify and prioritise high‑impact initiatives.

• Collaborate cross‑functionally to evaluate the impact of campaigns, events, product features, and community activity.

• Support and mentor stakeholders, enabling teams to adopt data‑driven thinking and use SQL, experimentation, and measurement best practice.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong technical skills in SQL, with a deep understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, statistical principles, and measurement frameworks.

• Experience analysing behaviour across growth, marketing, or product environments.

• Comfortable working with funnels, cohorts, and virality mechanics.

• Skilled in data visualisation using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Mode, or similar.

• Ability to translate complex findings into clear, concise insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences.

• A growth‑oriented mindset, with curiosity, critical thinking, and a desire to move quickly while maintaining analytical rigour.

• Nice to have: experience with Python or R, cloud data warehouses, or working in a scale‑up environment.

What They Offer

• Salary between £70,000 and £80,000 depending on experience.

• Hybrid working environment and comprehensive benefits package.

• The chance to make a genuine impact on acquisition strategy and how the organisation understands its users.

• Opportunities to shape experimentation frameworks and influence product and marketing direction.

• A collaborative culture that values learning, innovation, and evidence‑driven thinking.
