Job Description
PRINCIPAL MACHINE LEARNING ENGINEER – Leading entertainment org
HYBRID – London
Up to £175,000 + Strong Bonus/Pension
We have been a long-term partner of this household name within the Interactive Entertainment space. They are looking to bring in a new Staff Machine Learning Engineer to drive the technical capabilities of the team.
You will be working end to end on various AI projects around LLM's, Computer Vision, audio data etc. As a Staff level candidate, you will also be responsible for acting as teh technical lead for a small squad of more junior members.
ROLE:
- Lead the design, development and deployment of various ML and AI based models
- Work across a wide range of business problems to implement state of the art AI systems such as LLM's, GenAI, Computer Vision etc.
- Mentor and guide junior machine learning engineers.
- Stay up to date with the cutting edge of ML and AI.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement complex ML/AI products, regularly communicating with senior leadership
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced degree in a relevant STEM subject.
- Strong skills in the likes of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch etc
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale machine learning products.
- Expertise in a variety of machine learning and AI techniques – Specifically across LLM's, Computer Vision, Audio
- Strong communication skills.
- A background working in strong/known tech companies (Meta, Google etc..)
