PRICING MANAGER

LONDON

UP TO £90,000

If you like your roles dynamic, project-driven, and full of opportunity to shape how pricing is done, this one’s for you. We’re working with a growing insurance intermediary backed by private equity, with big ambitions to challenge the biggest names in a niche area of insurance. They’ve already built out their analytics function over the last year and are now looking for a Pricing Manager to lead and develop their pricing capability.

THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Head of Pricing, you’ll take ownership of how pricing is built, implemented, and optimised across the business.

  • Developing pricing models (GLMs) across both risk and retail pricing
  • Implementing those models and setting pricing strategy
  • Running competitor and market analysis to keep pricing sharp and profitable
  • Analysing customer trends and building segmentation insights
  • Leading and managing two Pricing Analysts — coaching, developing, and driving performance
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence commercial and strategic decisions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in insurance pricing (product type flexible)
  • Experience across both risk and retail pricing
  • Proven ability to build and deliver pricing models end-to-end
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, R, or SAS
  • Experience managing or mentoring analysts and a genuine passion for leadership
