Growth & Acquisition Manager
Location: Edinburgh – Hybrid (3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £55,000 + benefits

The Company
A fast-growing D2C consumer brand undergoing a rebrand and scaling UK-wide. Seeking a hands-on growth leader to drive customer acquisition across digital and traditional channels.
The Role
Own new customer growth and conversion end-to-end. Plan, launch and optimise multi-channel campaigns, partner with Brand (retention) and Product, and manage £1M+ budgets with a clear ROI focus.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver online + offline acquisition strategies
• Own campaign lifecycle: ideation, messaging, activation, optimisation, reporting
• Manage £1M+ budgets and improve CAC/ROAS
• Optimise the acquisition funnel to convert first-to-second orders
• Collaborate with Brand, Product, agencies and data teams
• Translate performance into clear, actionable insights for leadership
• Monitor trends; test new channels and creative
Skills & Experience
Essential:
• 5+ years in growth/acquisition (e‑commerce/FMCG/food)
• Proven delivery across digital AND traditional media (TV/radio/press/DM)
• Managed £1M+ marketing budgets with measurable ROI
• In‑house experience at a fast‑growing (£10M+) brand
• Data‑driven, commercially minded, comfortable being hands‑on
• Based in/near Edinburgh or willing to relocate (3 days on‑site)
Desirable:
• CRM buildout (e.g., Mailchimp) and customer journey design
• Experience with older adult or subscription demographics
• Scaling growth during a rebrand/transformational phase
