THE ROLE
- Planning, launching, and optimising paid acquisition campaigns across mobile-focused channels including Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and DSP platforms
- Owning campaign performance, budget management, and ROI optimisation
- Analysing performance data to generate clear, actionable insights and recommendations for clients
- Producing reports, dashboards, and client-ready presentations
- Acting as a trusted consultant to clients, balancing strategy and execution
- Collaborating with internal teams (design, product, and analytics) to implement recommendations
- Supporting App Store Optimisation (ASO) initiatives where required
- Staying current with mobile marketing trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience managing paid mobile app acquisition campaigns
- Strong experience with Apple Search Ads (essential)
- Proven background across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Experience working with attribution and analytics tools (e.g. AppsFlyer, Kochava, Mixpanel, Google Analytics) is a plus
- Confident client-facing communication skills, including presenting insights and recommendations
- Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI
