Role: You will take ownership of Azure cloud infrastructure while contributing to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and building Azure infrastructure and cloud-native solutions
- Acting as a subject matter expert across cloud design and engineering
- Supporting internal teams with solution architecture and infrastructure recommendations
- Managing core Azure services including VMs, SQL, web apps, and containerised applications
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Driving infrastructure-as-code and automation best practices
- Supporting security, governance, backup, and compliance processes
- Contributing to AI initiatives, innovation projects, and cloud optimisation
- Advising on hosting strategies for applications including Docker and Python workloads
Your Skills & Experience:
- Strong commercial experience working within Microsoft Azure environments
- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable cloud solutions end-to-end
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipeline development
- Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices
- Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting
- Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance in cloud environments
- Confident communicator able to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders
