Entry level recruitment consultant – delivery / sourcing (180)

Location: Manchester

Working pattern: Initially 4 days in the office, moving to 3 days in office / 2 days remote

Salary: competitive basic + commission

As part of our continued growth, we are launching a brand new recruitment team in Manchester. We are hiring entry-level recruitment consultants to join the team in a delivery / sourcing (180) role, focused on working with candidates and supporting live client mandates. This is a hot desk with existing clients and active roles from day one, meaning you will be working on real recruitment processes immediately rather than needing to generate business.

The role

As a delivery consultant you will work closely with experienced consultants across the business who manage our client relationships. Your role will focus on identifying and engaging high-quality candidates for live recruitment mandates across the UK, Europe and US markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Speaking with candidates to understand their experience and career goals
  • Qualifying candidates for live roles with our clients
  • Managing candidates through interview processes
  • Building talent pipelines within specialist technology markets

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, relationship building and working in a fast-paced environment.
