The Role and Deliverables

  • Partner with product and business teams to uncover user behaviour, pain points and opportunities using quantitative analysis and insight.
  • Design and support experiments, develop hypotheses, and help size and prioritise new product opportunities.
  • Define, align and document key metrics, working with engineers to ensure consistent and reliable data foundations.
  • Build and maintain self-serve dashboards and analytical tools to enable data-informed decision-making.
  • Deliver deep-dive analysis and clear recommendations to support strategic product and business initiatives.
  • Contribute to a central insights and knowledge hub, promoting transparency and shared understanding across teams.
