Harnham is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to build, fine-tune and evaluate production NLP models for customer intelligence products. You will own model performance from experimentation through deployment, tackling sentiment analysis, retrieval, search, clustering and taxonomy generation, while enabling GenAI-powered insights.
You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ship production-ready ML systems, mentor colleagues, and push advances in NLP into production.
