This is a high impact Senior NLP Engineer role where you will work on complex, real world communication data at scale. You will own NLP and LLM driven products end to end, helping shape how AI is used to detect and manage risk across large enterprise environments.

Their platform processes large volumes of multi modal data across collaboration tools to help organisations meet regulatory requirements. You will join a collaborative and experienced engineering and data science team with strong ownership and autonomy.

The Role

  • Own NLP and AI solutions from data ingestion through to production deployment
  • Build and improve models that process text, voice, video and image data
  • Develop and apply LLMs for risk detection and product features
  • Design scalable pipelines for high volume, real time data processing
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in NLP and machine learning, including production systems
  • Hands on experience with LLMs and modern AI techniques alongside classical ML
  • Solid Python and software engineering fundamentals
  • Experience working with unstructured, real world data at scale
  • Ability to work cross functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly
