The Role You\’ll be the go-to consultant for a portfolio of clients, translating complex analytics into insight-led stories that drive strategic marketing decisions. Your focus will span measurement, martech integration, and marketing intelligence maturity-helping clients get more from their data with tools like GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and GCP. Lead marketing performance analysis across platforms (web, social, video) Build marketing dashboards and models using GA4, BigQuery, Looker, etc. Consult clients on data maturity and marketing intelligence strategies Work closely with data engineering, martech, and consulting teams across EMEA 3+ years\’ experience in digital analytics, data consultancy, or martech Ability to turn complex data into actionable insight and recommendations Passion for marketing, data innovation, and digital transformation Hybrid model (2x/week in Manchester office) Discretionary bonus and flexible benefits Access to cutting-edge projects with major global clients Award-winning team culture with real growth opportunities
