Marketing Analytics Manager

London, hybrid working (2 days per week in office)

Up to £90,000

This is a standout opportunity for a marketing analytics specialist to take ownership of end to end measurement across a multi million pound marketing budget. You will guide the strategy behind top of funnel performance, shape how marketing effectiveness is quantified, and influence investment decisions at scale.

Data sits at the heart of their decision making, with analytics embedded across commercial, product, and marketing teams. The organisation is continuing to invest heavily in advanced measurement, experimentation, and optimisation to drive long term growth.

The Role

You will join the customer analytics function, reporting into an experienced analytics manager within a highly capable team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading end to end marketing analytics across MMM, incrementality testing and attribution.

• Managing one Senior Analyst and providing coaching, direction, and quality assurance.

• Partnering with a third party MMM provider to refine model performance and build internal confidence.

• Connecting MMM outputs with last click attribution to form a unified measurement view.

• Designing and guiding incrementality tests to validate spend decisions.

• Advising senior leaders on how to use data to allocate multi million pound marketing budgets.

• Driving improvements in top of funnel quality and overall marketing efficiency.

Your Skills And Experience

You will bring:

• Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics within a large or complex organisation.

• Hands on exposure to MMM, incrementality testing, and attribution.

• Ability to manage stakeholders at senior levels and influence strategy.

• Experience leading or mentoring analysts.

• SQL proficiency, with Python being a strong advantage.

• Confidence operating in cross functional environments alongside marketing, product, and finance teams.
