The Role
This is a unique opportunity to be the strategic driver of marketing effectiveness, shaping how marketing investment decisions are made and ensuring spend delivers maximum ROI. You’ll be working with external analytics partners who build the MMM models; your role is to interpret outputs, translate them into strategy, and influence key commercial decisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) programme, working with external providers to ensure outputs drive business impact
- Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and finance teams
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure marketing investment balances short-term performance with long-term brand growth
- Lead on scenario planning and budget allocation decisions, guiding where and how to invest
- Influence senior leadership with data-backed recommendations that shape strategy
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in marketing effectiveness / marketing analytics
- Strong grasp of MMM theory and ROI measurement; proven ability to interpret and challenge outputs
- Commercially minded, with experience driving measurable business impact through data-led decisions
