This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth financial services company as a Marketing Analytics Manager, where you’ll shape direct marketing strategies that improve customer engagement across multiple channels, focused on customer journeys, driving acquisition, and boosting retention!
The Role
You’ll play a key role in understanding, measuring, and improving the end-to-end customer experience. Working closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams, you’ll use data to uncover insights, run A/B tests, and optimise campaigns for performance and regulatory compliance
Key areas of focus include:
- Customer Analytics: Mapping and analysing the customer lifecycle, finding friction points, and recommending actions to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Experimentation: Designing, running, and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests across email, SMS, affiliates, content, and direct mail campaigns
- Performance Reporting: Creating actionable dashboards and reports (SQL + visualisation tools) to inform senior stakeholders and guide strategy
- Compliance: Ensuring all campaign testing and data use adheres to FCA regulations
Your Skills & Experience
I’m looking for someone with:
- Strong background in marketing analytics
- Strong SQL
- A/B testing experience across customer journey optimisation, and campaign performance measurement
- Financial Services experience
- Excellent communication skills to work with senior leadership and global stakeholders
