We’re working with a global marketing group seeking a Marketing Analyst with a strong foundation in analytics to help turn data into clear, actionable marketing insights.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This opportunity is ideal for an analyst who has outgrown tactical, channel-specific work and is ready to step into a more strategic marketing measurement role. The position focuses on delivering high-level insights for tier-one brands, offering exposure to brand measurement, B2B marketing, and multi-channel campaign analysis.
- Collect, analyse, and report on marketing performance data from Google Ads, GA4, and Adobe Analytics.
- Build and maintain Excel and Power BI/Looker dashboards to track key metrics and campaign performance.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with account executives and media managers to align reporting with client goals.
- Monitor paid media and social performance, using analytics and social listening tools to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support automation and improvement of reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
- Stay up to date with developments in digital analytics and data visualization; on-the-job training provided (no Python or SQL required).
YOUR SKILLS:
- Strong Excel skills with experience in marketing reporting and data visualization (Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Familiarity with Google Ads, GA4, and Adobe Analytics
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics and digital campaign measurement
- Ability to interpret and communicate data insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience with social listening tools and marketing analytics platforms
- Background in marketing or agency environments beneficial
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with multiple data source.
