Company Central data team at a fast‐growing UK marcomms group working across multiple agencies (CRM, media planning, PR, specialist marketing). Support brands like Three Mobile, Shell, and Which? with data strategies, insights, and MarTech solutions. B2C and B2B clients across UK and worldwide.

Role Marketing & Customer Analyst working on two main areas: marketing optimisation and customer analytics. Full‐time permanent role with hybrid working (2 days/week in office). Choose your base location from Leeds, Manchester, or Uppingham.

Responsibilities Marketing optimisation analysis: analyse digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360; build Power BI and Looker dashboards for campaign performance; combine data from Adobe Analytics and GA4 to conduct analysis in Excel; deliver actionable recommendations that inform marketing decisions.Customer analytics: dive into customer behaviour analysis using Excel and Power BI; uncover insights about loyalty patterns, membership dynamics, purchasing behaviours; present compelling visualisations in PowerPoint; identify trends, spot changes, understand the \’why\’ behind customer actions; communicate findings that drive business decisions.Additional: contribute to insight projects; work on cross‐agency initiatives; exposure to different sectors and analytical challenges.

Qualifications 1‐4 years in marketing analytics; marketing agency experience.Strong Excel skills (advanced functions, pivots, data manipulation, analysis); excellent PowerPoint skills for client‐facing presentations.Strong Power BI and Looker skills for dashboard development and visualisation.Experience with GA4 and Adobe Analytics; handling paid media data sources (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, DV360).Strong grasp of marketing metrics and KPIs (ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversion rates).Experience analysing customer behaviour patterns (loyalty, retention, purchase behaviour).Strong analytical skills – interrogate data, identify patterns, conduct robust analysis.Ability to communicate insights effectively – translate complex findings into clear narratives.Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).Intellectually curious and adept at problem‐solving; comfortable in fast‐paced agency setting with multiple stakeholders; able to work independently and manage varied workstreams.Familiarity with Tableau; experience with social listening tools (Brandwatch, Hootsuite Insights).Stats or Maths degree.
