As part of our continued expansion we are launching a new recruitment team in Manchester focused on US mandates.
The role: Your focus will be on identifying and engaging high-quality candidates across specialist technology roles within data and AI. Additionally, the focus will be on generating leads and bringing in new business.
Responsibilities include:
- Headhunting and sourcing candidates across multiple channels
- Qualifying candidates for active client mandates
- Managing candidates through interview and offer stages
- Building talent pools within specialist markets
- Supporting placements across the US (East Coast) market
- Establishing new business
- Fostering relationships with existing clients
