This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing measurement in a well established consumer business with multiple revenue streams. You will be the most senior individual contributor in the CRM analytics function, shaping how campaign performance is defined, measured and improved across the organisation.

The Role
- You will lead on marketing measurement, working cross functionally with marketing and CRM teams to evaluate and optimise campaign performance.
- Define and implement measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns across channels.
- Design and analyse control groups to understand true campaign impact.
- Develop clear KPIs including conversion rates, click through rates and targeting effectiveness.
- Partner with stakeholders across marketing, CRM and wider business units to influence strategy.
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for non technical audiences.
- Support continuous improvement of CRM targeting and segmentation.
- Work closely with CRM analytics managers and analysts to embed best practice.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in CRM analytics within a consumer focused environment such as retail or e commerce.
- Proven experience measuring marketing campaign effectiveness and defining success metrics.
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and complex customer journeys.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
- Experience using Python for analysis is beneficial but not essential.
