I'm partnered with an AI driven company who are hiring a Head of Engineering.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a 30-person multidisciplinary organisation across Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science
- Own and evolve the engineering and data roadmap in partnership with the CTO
- Drive architecture, scalability, and platform evolution for enterprise clients
- Extend existing systems into new AI-driven search and intelligence use cases
- Champion engineering best practices, delivery standards, and continuous improvement
- Act as a bridge between technical teams, product, and leadership
- Provide leadership across ML, GenAI, and distributed systems initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading data and/or engineering organisations at scale
- Strong background in data engineering, with close collaboration with data science and MLOps
- Strategic mindset with the ability to go deep technically when required
- Solid understanding of engineering processes, architecture, and modern delivery practices
- Genuine interest in AI, ML, and GenAI systems
