Harnham is hiring a Technical CRO Manager to build and lead an in-house CRO capability across 40+ high-traffic journeys. You’ll own the experimentation roadmap and drive measurable commercial impact through hands-on front-end testing and strategy.
In this role you will combine experimentation expertise with strong commercial thinking, conducting end-to-end testing using JavaScript/HTML/CSS and deploying tests via Convert.com or similar platforms. Remote-first with on-site days in Macclesfield.
