THE ROLE

As a CRO Manager, you will lead CRO strategy across multiple digital brands, products, and acquisition funnels, working closely with cross-functional teams to improve customer journeys and conversion performance. Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Owning the CRO and experimentation roadmap across multiple digital products
  • Designing, executing, and analysing A/B and multivariate testing programmes

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful CRO Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong commercial experience in conversion rate optimisation and experimentation
  • Proven success running A/B testing programmes and delivering measurable results
  • Expertise in hypothesis development, test design, and optimisation methodologies
  • Experience using experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, VWO, Convert.com, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user behaviour and performance data
  • Confident communicating insights and influencing stakeholders across the business
