About the Role
As a Recruitment Executive, you’ll join one of Harnham’s specialist Data & AI teams through our structured Academy programme. This role is designed to give you strong foundations in recruitment, sales, and market knowledge, with clear progression opportunities built in from day one. You’ll combine classroom learning with on-the-job experience, supported by your Manager and our dedicated Learning & Development Lead.
The Harnham Academy Journey
- Months 1–3: Learn & Master 180 Recruitment
- Sourcing active, passive, and hard-to-find candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and database searches
- Writing and posting compelling job adverts
- Screening, qualifying, and managing candidates through interview processes
- Months 3–6: Choose Your Path
- Continue developing as a high-performing 180 recruiter, building deeper expertise in candidate management
- Progress into full 360 recruitment, developing business development skills, managing clients, and owning the full recruitment lifecycle
You’ll receive structured training, clear targets, and ongoing coaching whichever path you choose.
