We are looking for a driven and ambitious Trainee Accountant to join our Finance team on a permanent basis. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who genuinely wants to build a long-term career in accounting and finance. The role will provide full study support toward a professional accounting qualification, alongside hands-on experience across multiple areas of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Initially, you will support across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Management Accounts, learning the fundamentals of finance operations while supporting the wider team.
- Supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Assisting with management accounts and month-end tasks
- Helping maintain accurate financial records and reporting
- Producing and handling reports using Excel
- Supporting the wider finance team with administrative and operational tasks
- Identifying opportunities to improve and automate existing processes
- Learning different areas of the finance function over time, including payroll support and consolidations
- Developing strong technical and analytical skills through internal training and qualification support
Over time, the goal is for this person to become a well-rounded finance professional with exposure across the wider finance team.

- A finance or accounting graduate
