We're hiring a Recruitment Systems Innovation Manager to help us drive innovation and maximise the impact of the tools we use every day. From AI adoption (including Copilot) to improving how we use Bullhorn and other systems, you'll play a central role in ensuring our technology is rolled out effectively, used to its potential, and delivers real business value.
This role is about coordination across departments: capturing requirements, testing solutions, rolling out new systems, and supporting adoption so changes stick. You'll combine business analysis, system enablement, and a passion for innovation to make a visible difference to how our people work.

The Role- Lead pilots of new AI tools (e.g. Copilot), capture feedback, and scale what works.
- Improve utilisation of Bullhorn and associated tools to ensure we're getting the most value.
- Support audits and relaunch of automation workflows to simplify processes and free up time.
- Coordinate the rollout of new systems, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing support.
- Act as a link between IT, leadership, and end users β making sure requirements are clear and solutions practical.
- Deliver training and guides that help colleagues adopt systems with confidence.
- Experience driving adoption of business systems or tools.
- Strong business analysis skills: requirements gathering, testing, and rollout support.
- A clear and engaging communicator who can simplify complex ideas.
- An interest in AI and automation, with examples of how you've used or implemented them.
- Familiarity with recruitment tech such as Bullhorn CRM, Analytics, or Automation, or with other CRM/automation platforms.
