They are looking for a senior Salesforce expert who can take ownership of their Service Cloud environment, drive best practice across deployments and governance, and act as a trusted partner to key stakeholders across the organisation.

The Role and Deliverables

  • Act as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert and key point of contact for stakeholders across the business.
  • Own the health, stability, performance, and governance of the Salesforce Service Cloud environment.
  • Manage deployments, release processes, and environment management activities using modern Dev Ops practices.
  • Deliver enhancements from requirements gathering through to configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
  • Lead data backup, retention, and archiving activities to support platform integrity and compliance.
  • Support customer service initiatives and wider Salesforce project work as required.

  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud administration and platform management.
  • Proven experience working as a senior Salesforce SME and trusted business partner.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Dev Ops practices, release management, and deployment governance.
  • Strong knowledge of Git Hub and Gearset for source control and deployment management.
  • Experience using Salesforce Developer Console within a complex Salesforce environment.
  • Understanding of environment comparison, deployment planning, and change control processes.
  • Ability to gather requirements directly from stakeholders and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Comfortable leading enhancements through the full delivery lifecycle.
