Team: Harnham UK/US Division

Package: £35,000 - £60,000 base salary + uncapped commission

Remote Role: US hours 3 days per week (typically 10am–7pm)

The Role

You’ll take ownership of a 360 recruitment desk focused on the US Data & AI market, partnering with clients ranging from high-growth startups to global enterprise organisations. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and developing client relationships across the US
  • Winning new business and growing existing accounts
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Headhunting high-calibre talent across Data Science, AI, Analytics, and Engineering
  • Working closely with our US offices to maximise market opportunities
  • Contributing to the continued growth of the UK/US function
