You'll work at the centre of product decision-making, influencing customer journeys, experimentation strategy, and revenue growth while helping shape how data is used across the organisation.

The Role
- Own product analytics across key customer acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention journeys
- Identify opportunities for growth through proactive analysis and actionable recommendations
- Partner with Product, Commercial, and Leadership teams to influence strategic decisions
- Define analytics requirements, tracking plans, success metrics, and guardrail metrics for new product launches
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments from hypothesis through to business recommendations
- Develop dashboards and self-service reporting solutions to improve access to insights
- Analyse customer behaviour and product performance to uncover drivers of growth and areas for optimisation
- Challenge assumptions using data and provide evidence-based recommendations
- Support and mentor analysts, helping to elevate experimentation and analytics best practice across the team
- Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in product analytics within a subscription, marketplace, Saa S, platform, or digital product environment
- Advanced SQL skills with the ability to deliver end-to-end analysis independently
- Experience working with product analytics and event tracking tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar
- Strong knowledge of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical analysis
- Deep understanding of product metrics including conversion, activation, engagement, retention, and churn
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience influencing product strategy through data-driven recommendations
- A proactive and curious approach, with the ability to identify opportunities independently
- Exposure to Python, R, dbt, or AI-enabled analytics workflows would be advantageous
