A fast-growing media & entertainment business is expanding its Marketing Analytics function and is looking for a technically strong Senior Analyst.
The Role
- You will support the development and delivery of the company's media measurement agenda, owning MMM models, designing tests (geo-testing, A/B testing), and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, refine and maintain MMM models to quantify marketing effectiveness
- Design and evaluate experiments including A/B tests and geo-testing
- Analyse campaign performance and provide clear, strategic recommendations
- Partner with stakeholders across marketing, commercial and ad sales teams
- Translate complex analytical work into simple, compelling stories
- Collaborate with internal US teams on modelling and measurement initiatives
About You
- Proven experience in Marketing Mix Modelling and experimentation
- Strong technical skills in SQL (must perform well in a live SQL test)
- Proficiency in R or Python for modelling and analytics
- Strong communication and stakeholder‐management skills
- Ability to turn data into insight and influence commercial decisions
- Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‐growing environment
