THE ROLE
- Developing and owning collections and recoveries strategies, including policy implementation and controls
- Managing relationships with debt collection agencies, including debt sale strategy, pricing, and contractual changes
- Leading on customer forbearance approaches and monitoring default trends
- Ensuring fair customer treatment in line with FCA expectations and UK regulations
- Acting as a key contact for regulatory communication, including engagement with the FCA
- Supporting the business's transition from BNPL into broader cash management product

REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive experience in collections and recoveries strategy
