The team operates across the UK and Europe and blends technical specialists with consulting professionals, creating a collaborative and intellectually rigorous environment.

The Role:

You will work across diverse client engagements, translating data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering end-to-end analytics on client projects, from data exploration through to visualisation and insight delivery
  • Building dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
  • Using SQL or Python to manipulate and analyse structured and unstructured datasets
  • Developing clear, compelling narratives to explain what the data shows and why it matters
  • Supporting ad hoc commercial analysis across sectors such as retail and education
  • Contributing to projects such as location strategy modelling and market demand analysis
  • Collaborating with consulting teams and stakeholders to embed analytics into broader strategic recommendations

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Strong commercial experience in data analytics, ideally within consulting or a similarly fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in SQL or Python for data manipulation and analysis
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise business insights
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
  • Solid academic background in a quantitative or STEM-related discipline
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
