The Role
- Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-powered systems used in customer-facing products
- Develop models that capture and reproduce a distinct editorial tone and style
- Design and evaluate retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using structured content
- Support experimentation in real-time generation, personalisation, and multimodal use cases, including audio
- Work closely with product, engineering, and editorial stakeholders to translate ideas into working solutions
- Contribute to a fast-moving, experimental environment where iteration and learning are central
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience working with large language models and NLP systems
- Practical experience fine-tuning models using techniques such as supervised fine-tuning or prompt tuning
- Strong Python capability and familiarity with modern LLM tooling and frameworks
- Experience building or working with RAG pipelines and model evaluation approaches
- Confident communicator, comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
