A fast-growing LegalTech AI scale-up is applying GenAI across the full intellectual property lifecycle. Their platform is used by IP teams globally to automate drafting, litigation workflows, and document analysis. They are hiring AI Engineers to design, build, and deploy production-grade GenAI systems in a high-stakes legal environment. This is a deeply hands-on engineering role focused on shipping reliable systems used by real customers.
- Build and deploy LLM-powered features across drafting, prosecution, and litigation workflows
- Design and maintain RAG pipelines over large, complex legal and technical corpora
- Collaborate closely with full-stack engineers and domain experts
Strong AI research background with top publications or a strong software engineering background. No data-science-heavy profiles. Ideally 2+ years of experience, but open to exceptional graduates or more senior engineers. Infrastructure or deployment experience (AWS, Terraform) is a bonus.
Happy working onsite five days per week. Skills required: Python, FastAPI, React, TypeScript, AWS, Terraform.
Compensation & details up to £185k base + equity (flexible for exceptional profiles). Visa sponsorship available. Standard pension. Five meals per week provided in office. Working policy: in-person, five days per week.
