The Role
- You will lead the delivery of production AI solutions across multiple use cases, working end to end from design through to deployment.
- Design, build and deploy AI powered applications and internal products.
- Develop AI agents and workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and business platforms.
- Contribute to data engineering pipelines and Azure based infrastructure.
- Own multiple concurrent projects with autonomy and accountability.
- Partner with stakeholders to scope use cases and shape the delivery roadmap.
- Support the adoption of modern AI tooling and best practices across the business.
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience delivering production AI applications in a cloud environment, ideally Azure.
- Hands on expertise with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent based workflows.
- Solid grounding in data engineering including ETL, orchestration, and working with large datasets.
- Experience building scalable, reliable systems with strong deployment and testing practices.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, delivery focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
