After a successful year we are looking to carry out our first ever Graduate/Trainee Academy which commences in January 2026.
The Role
As a Trainee/Graduate Consultant, you’ll focus on building and maintaining relationships within our core markets Data & AI. Here is what to expect in this academy:
- Months 1-3 Candidate Sourcing: Access to live roles from day one to work on. Using headhunting techniques, market mapping, and networking to find top-tier contract/perm candidates.
- Months 3-6 Business Development: Proactively building a client portfolio, identifying opportunities, and negotiating terms with leading financial institutions.
