We're looking for an Optimisation Consultant to lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across a complex digital and operational landscape within a regulated services environment. This role sits at the intersection of process improvement, digital transformation, and change management. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and crossâfunctional teams to identify inefficiencies, redesign processes, and leverage technology â including automation and agile delivery â to drive measurable improvements in performance, compliance, and customer outcomes. It's a highly collaborative role with real scope to influence strategy, shape longâterm optimisation roadmaps, and deliver tangible value at scale.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned to strategic business goals
- Develop and deliver longâterm optimisation strategies that drive efficiency and innovation
- Partner with business functions to identify opportunities and implement enhancements
- Lead discovery, analysis, and processâmapping activities across multiple functions
- Redesign endâtoâend processes to eliminate waste and improve productivity
- Apply systems thinking to identify root causes and sustainable improvements
- Leverage digital capabilities including automation, RPA, and agile delivery methods
- Use data and analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Define and track KPIs to measure the success of optimisation initiatives
- Lead change management activity to support adoption of new processes and ways of working
- Present recommendations and progress updates to senior and executive stakeholders
YOUR SKILLS:
- Experience in process improvement, optimisation, or transformation roles
- Background in regulated environments such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare
- Strong capability in process mapping and lean methodologies
- Experience applying agile ways of working, automation, or RPA to improve operations
- Confident managing multiple initiatives or projects in parallel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Comfortable influencing and communicating with senior stakeholders
- Experience creating and delivering executiveâlevel presentations
