The Role: As a Principal Data Modeler, you'll sit at the intersection of technical delivery and client leadership. You'll define and implement data modelling strategies for enterprise clients, guide delivery teams, and play an active role in growing relationships and new opportunities within the data architecture function.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and rollout of enterprise-wide data models and standards.
- Define data frameworks, governance, and metadata strategies for large-scale transformations.
- Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for data modernisation and architecture improvement.
- Oversee multiple workstreams and mentor senior consultants and modellers.
- Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years in data modelling and architecture, ideally in financial services or consulting.
