As Head of Performance Marketing, you will lead the overall performance marketing strategy across key digital acquisition channels while developing the existing team and operating model.

  • Owning and evolving the performance marketing strategy across paid digital channels
  • Leading, mentoring and developing an established performance marketing team
  • Connecting channel performance to wider commercial objectives, including CAC, LTV, retention and subscription economics
  • Advising senior leadership on budget allocation, growth opportunities and measurement frameworks
  • Identifying opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency and overall marketing effectiveness
  • Working closely with CRM, brand, creative, ecommerce and product teams to optimise the customer journey
  • Developing a clear view on attribution, incrementality and performance measurement
  • Evaluating new channels, technologies and growth opportunities as the business expands

Strong performance marketing leadership experience within a consumer-focused digital environment - ideally in the wellness space. Commercially minded with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes. Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on understanding of channel performance. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities supported by data and insight.
