As an Optimisation Consultant, you'll sit at the intersection of Product, Digital and Operations, leading end-to-end process redesign in a digital environment. You'll use Lean thinking and data to uncover root causes, redesign flow, and shape how technology should enable better outcomes.
You will:
- Lead process improvement across digital and operational teams
- Use Lean to redesign end-to-end journeys before automating
- Analyse data to identify friction, failure and opportunity
- Partner with Product Owners, Developers and Operations
- Shape how Salesforce, RPA and AI are applied
- Coach others and uplift problem-solving capability
- Influence senior stakeholders without hierarchy
