Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse creative effectiveness, headline performance, bidding strategies, and regional optimisation across paid media platforms.
  • Work with data from platforms such as paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
  • Assess performance metrics including ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Combine data from multiple sources, including digital analytics tools, to produce actionable insights.
  • Analyse customer behaviour including loyalty, retention, membership dynamics, and purchasing patterns.
  • Identify trends, changes, and underlying drivers of customer actions.
  • Support behavioural segmentation and customer insight initiatives.
  • Translate findings into clear recommendations that inform marketing and business decisions.
  • Deliver analysis using tools such as Excel and BI platforms.
  • Present insights clearly through reports and presentations.
  • Work closely with data partners and strategy leads to support client delivery.
  • Operate confidently in client-facing environments, responding to changing priorities.
