The services team works closely with client technology teams to design, deliver, and analyse structured experimentation programmes. Following recent change, they are seeking a senior CRO consultant who can steady delivery while also raising standards and challenging existing ways of working.

The Role and Deliverables

  • Leading experimentation strategy and CRO roadmaps across a portfolio of clients.
  • Driving ideation and hypothesis development with a strong focus on commercial impact.
  • Setting direction on test design, prioritisation, and documentation for delivery teams.
  • Overseeing analysis and insight generation, turning results into clear recommendations.
  • Acting as a senior point of contact for clients through weekly touchpoints.
  • Contributing leadership and guidance within a small, evolving services team.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience leading CRO and experimentation programmes end-to-end.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and personalisation platforms such as VWO or similar.
  • Confident working with Jira-based workflows and structured delivery environments.
