This is an opportunity to join a growing Business Intelligence function at a pivotal stage of its development. You will play a key role in shaping how reporting and dashboarding is delivered as the team scales in the UK.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing dashboards and reporting products, identifying opportunities to improve structure and performance.
  • Support discovery work to assess current BI setups and implement enhancements.
  • Build new dashboards across marketing performance metrics including clicks, impressions, and conversions.
  • Onboard new client projects and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
  • Improve existing templating approaches and contribute to future capabilities such as forecasting.
  • Incorporate wider client business data into reporting outputs.
  • Deliver high-quality, client-ready dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across both technical and non-technical teams.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in BI and dashboarding within a marketing or media environment.
  • Proficiency in Looker/Data Studio.
  • Wider Power BI experience.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with BigQuery.
  • Experience working with marketing performance data and delivering actionable insights.
  • Interest in AI and its application to reporting and analytics.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder requests.
  • Clear communication skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience with Python or R would be beneficial.
