This role is within a rapidly scaling martech environment. You’ll sit within the analytics and data science function, supporting increasingly complex measurement requirements across paid media, data platforms, and client tech stacks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and evolving measurement design across digital marketing and technology implementations
- Leading GTM implementations and complex tracking setups across web and, where relevant, mobile
- Designing holistic measurement strategies, assessing whether existing events and signals are sufficient and defining how they should evolve over time
- Producing high-quality technical documentation, including data layer specifications and development requirements
- Implementing and supporting server-side tracking and tagging solutions, including solution design and technical documentation
- Testing, debugging, and validating tracking implementations across tag management systems
- Advising on governance, privacy, and data quality considerations
- Working closely with analytics, data science, and engineering teams to refine and improve data infrastructure
- Acting as a trusted technical partner to internal stakeholders, translating complexity into clear, actionable guidance
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong background in digital analytics, measurement, or martech-focused roles
- Proven experience with tag management systems, including hands-on testing and debugging
- Deep understanding of server-side tracking and tagging concepts and implementations
- Ability to create clear development specifications and data layer documentation
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, GTM, and related marketing tools
- Broader experience in measurement design rather than narrow implementation-only work
- Comfortable working autonomously and solving ambiguous, situational problems
- Strong awareness of data governance, privacy, and consent considerations
