As Head of Quantitative Research, you'll take ownership of project delivery and client satisfaction across the UK business. You'll lead a team of talented project managers and client service professionals, ensuring high-quality execution, strong financial performance, and exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of quantitative project managers
  • Building trusted relationships with key healthcare clients and overseeing client service improvement plans
  • Embedding best-in-class standards across every stage of the project lifecycle
  • Partnering with internal teams (Engineering, HR, Compliance) to enhance systems, processes, and people development
  • Driving efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction KPIs across multiple markets
  • Supporting integration of new acquisitions and ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Leading from the front — ensuring projects run smoothly, challenges are resolved proactively, and the team delivers consistent excellence
Your Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years' experience in quantitative research or market research operations (healthcare sector preferred)
  • 3+ years managing a team (both junior and senior staff)
  • A deep understanding of quantitative project delivery across UK and international markets
  • Experience managing operations, project management and fieldwork teams
  • Proven ability to drive client satisfaction, profitability, and delivery standards
  • Strong commercial and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational ability
