The Role
As Head of Growth, you will own acquisition strategy and performance across multiple digital channels while leading a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading strategy and execution across PPC, Google Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliates, and emerging digital acquisition channels
- Developing integrated media plans aligned to commercial objectives, seasonal campaigns, and customer behaviour
- Driving both short-term revenue performance and long-term customer growth
- Defining and delivering SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies to maximise visibility across traditional search and AI-powered discovery platforms
- Building robust measurement frameworks, including attribution modelling, incrementality testing, forecasting, and budget planning
- Translating complex performance data into actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Creating a high-velocity experimentation culture focused on scalable commercial impact
- Managing and developing a team across paid media and organic growth functions
- Partnering closely with brand, creative, merchandising, analytics, and technology teams to drive business-wide growth initiatives
- Balancing investment and growth priorities across multiple brands while maintaining their individual positioning and performance objectives
Your Skills & Experience
- Strong in-house growth, performance marketing, or digital acquisition leadership experience
- Must have a background in retail/fashion or Ecommerce
- Deep expertise across SEO, GEO, PPC, Google Shopping, Paid Social, and Affiliate Marketing
- Proven experience managing and optimising significant marketing budgets (multi-million £)
- Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in performance measurement, attribution, CAC, LTV, forecasting, and commercial decision-making
- Experience driving growth across ecommerce or consumer-focused businesses
- Demonstrable success building high-performing teams and leading through influence
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing acquisition performance across multiple brands, products, or business units is highly desirable
