Harnham have partnered up with an investment organization that are seeking an ambitious and results-driven marketing professional to join their Bristol team as a Senior Marketing Performance Manager. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing impact of a diverse portfolio of fast-growing brands in insurance, finance, and property.
Responsibilities
- Lead SEO strategy across multiple brands, including technical audits, content optimisation, and authority building
- Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Ads) to generate leads and conversions
- Develop and execute brand campaigns to build awareness and credibility
- Manage campaign budgets with a focus on ROI
- Analyse and report performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and related tools
- Work collaboratively with design, content, and development teams to deliver effective campaigns
- Provide marketing integration support for new acquisitions
- Present campaign insights and recommendations to senior leadership
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing with proven expertise in SEO and PPC
- Proficient in Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and analytics platforms
- Track record of delivering ROI through digital campaigns
- Experience in both performance marketing and brand-building campaigns
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Commercially minded, with a focus on lead generation and growth
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, but relevant experience is valued more highly
