Digital Data Analyst London Hybrid working 2 days in office This is a key analytics hire for a well established omnichannel retail business as they modernise their data and analytics capability. The role sits at the centre of ecommerce, digital trading and data engineering, offering strong visibility and the chance to shape how digital insight is used across the organisation. You will act as the bridge between ecommerce teams and the data function, translating trading questions into actionable insight while improving digital data foundations. Analysing ecommerce and digital funnel performance β’ Building and maintaining reporting in Power BI β’ Delivering ad hoc insight to ecommerce and trading stakeholders β’ Interrogating GA4 data to explain changes in traffic, conversion and performance β’ Identifying gaps in tracking and data quality β’ Defining tracking requirements and briefing data engineers β’ Supporting data quality checks and analytics QA You will be expected to challenge assumptions, investigate issues and guide stakeholders towards the right commercial actions.
