This is a great opportunity to join a high growth data function within a well known retail brand. Sitting within the Customer and Data team, you will play a key role in transforming how the business understands customer behaviour and uses data to improve decision making, performance and customer experience.
You will take ownership of selfâserve analytics, foundational data products and automation tools that drive strategic decision making across the organisation. This includes building and scaling dashboards and workflow automation used across retail and trade channels. You will also support data enablement and data access so that teams across the business have the right information when they need it.
There is also a leadership element where you will manage and develop a growing team and work cross functionally across the business. This role sits in a function that has strong senior backing and continued investment which creates clear opportunities to grow your career.
The Role
- Build and lead the development of selfâserve dashboards to support commercial and customer decision making
- Lead workflow automation and integration using Databricks, Airflow and Power Platform
- Support data enablement and data architecture across the business
- Own customer data tools that help understand customer behaviour and improve experience
- Work crossâfunctionally with marketing, customer, product and internal data teams
- Manage and grow a high performing analytics team
- Drive the data and automation roadmap while promoting best practice across the function
Skills and Experience
- Strong stakeholder and team leadership experience
- Power BI and SQL expertise
- Databricks and Airflow experience
- Experience building data products and workflow automation
- Python would be beneficial

Salary and Benefits
- ÂŁ70,000 to ÂŁ80,000 plus up to 20% bonus
